When you record a song on the computer with the help of a recorder it does not sound clear so how can i make?

it is not clear because the micophone i pick up any other sounds in the room soyou need a good mic if you want to record clear sound one with some sort of outside sound clearer or something (i forgot what its called) or if your converting the songs on your pc you must have it at a high bit rate like 128 or 256
