Charter said it wasn't the box making this occur, but the tv worked just fine this morning. Any ideas what could be wrong with it or how to fix it??My tv has perfect clear picture, but no sound?
check it with a DVD.
check it with rabbit ears.
If either work call charter again and tell them the box is broken.
