It is not uncommon for puppies to have a respiratory infection, in fact quite common at 1 month and younger,. Generally everything is fine and it clears itself, but I would not take a chance in not treating with something as precious as a two week old puppy. A snotty nose indicates a problem in a puppy this young and you won't be able to diagnose how big a problem it is so YES off to the vet. Also make sure the puppy is warm, don't know what breed this is but Toys for example can't generate their own body heat until they are 4-5 weeks old, so make sure this puppy is warm. I use a heating pad under my whelping box so the puppy always has a warm area. it could be upper respiratory disease. Don't let the internet diagnose your pup though. Take him to a vet. Something so little and young doesn't have an immune system as strong as a mom. Sometimes it can be parvo or kennel cough in that case the whole litter needs to be treated and parvo is very expensive and sometimes not curable.
Hope its still with mum and getting milk1 should be with mum til at least 6 weeks.





I would get the pup to the vet asap. Its so young and vulnerable. If its still aroungd the rest of the litter them I would get them checked also.
