When I called ones cell phone it had a ';weak ring';, but the voice mail sound clear and I leave a message, ...?

do you think the person will get it? (both times i tried, it took a while for the phone to ring and it had a weak almost shaky ring as though there was a poor connection). The voice mail sounded clear, so i left a message after the beep.

Maybe he/she just made it ring like that, if you go to a phone shop you can set songs and stuff in the place of the normal ring...so he/she will get it ...if the phone is on.... ;-)
i think they will get the message, it may have just sounded weird because you were calling a cell phone and they take longer than land lines.
