My speakers don't have clear sound?

I got these new speakers ( and a new computer) and the speakers play the music decently but they also emit static noise (while playing) . You can hear the music, but you can also hear some noise on the side. I tried them with my old computer and they work perfectly but with my new one they don't. What's the problem. I reinstalled the sound card driver and made sure my sound card is all plugged in correctly and still don't know what the hell is the problemMy speakers don't have clear sound?

The computer can go with only the right speakers so it will sound better.
Sounds like a faulty sound card. Try reseating it and if that fails send it back.
