I have an Audigy 2 zs sound card. I was wondering what fairly cheap speakers could create a crisp clear sound

Pretty much I have an older pair of logitech 5.1 speakers. They are fairly nice, however I feel like they are not even close to achieving the potential of the sound card. I was wondering if I could get a pair of speakers around $100 that would have a crisp clear highs and lows. Either 2.1 or 5.1s would be nice.I have an Audigy 2 zs sound card.
