How to get crystal clear sound from realtek in PCs ?

Ahahaha.....that's funny....there's not a chance. If it's HD Audio it should be fine, otherwise if it's an older Codec (Pre-2005) I would buy a better soundcard, something from Creative, Asus, or M-Audio. I would do it even if it was newer, there's nothing you can do with that integrated audio that will make it sound better other than upgrading it. I assume your not using it attached to $30 Walmart specials, if you are that's already the problem. How to get crystal clear sound from realtek in PCs ?
It all depends on the model of the sound card, and also how the sound card is mounted and components used. If it has bad capacitors and is mounted on the motherboard, you are most likely getting noise from other parts on the motherboard, and the capacitors are not filtering the current correctly anymore and sound quality suffers.

As suggested, just buy a pci or pci-e sound card. They often sound better than even the best onboard sound cards.
