You can record though movie maker(in XP) but you can't make it sound clear. It is THE Voice approved by BILLY.How can you record Microsoft Sam's voice into a video but still making it sound clear?
click start. click control panel. click sound and audio and speech.then hit voice.this can only done on xp :p
