What should I do to make my chords sound clear?

When I play chords, half the strings don't sound clear.

are you pushing down hard enough?





make sure you're using the tips of your fingers. Change your strings every 6 or so months, make sure you'er not pushing ontop of the fret (the lines on the neck), make sure your fingers aren't on any other string
