I dont know about radio as I just got one, but the LG Voyager (verizon) can get mobile TV, internet, Email access, v cast, and the gps stuff. It also does MP3's and has a touch screen. You can buy memory cards for it as well...I have a 2gb right now.

and if u want to buy full new on this price u can get a china mobile having dual SIM mode ,
u can get better phone for rs 6000,
