Based on your description of the chord you're trying to play (';1,2finger,2,4 fret...';) you're fingering the chord incorrectly.

A C chord is (from the 1st or thinnest string to the 6th or thickest):

open 1st string

index finger at the 1st fret on the 2nd string

open 3rd string

second finger at the 2nd fret on the 4th string

third finger at the 3rd fret on the 5th string

don't play the 6th string

There are no notes at the 4th fret that belong in a C chord.

Part of learning to play guitar is learning to fret the strings using only the very tips of your fingers, not the fleshy pads, and to curl your fingers around so that your fingers come down onto the strings at an almost vertical angle. To do that, you have to place the fleshy pad of your fretting hand thumb against the back of the neck -- and NOT allow the palm of your hand to rest against the back of the neck. if you find yourself ';palming'; the guitar neck like a baseball bat, you're going to find difficult if not impossible to get your fretting hand fingertips arched up over the fingerboard into the right position.

But my question to you is, why did you buy a 3/4 size guitar?? Unless you're a child under 5 feet tall, you almost certainly would have been better off with a full size instrument (fullsize neck and fingerboard).

It could also be that you're having trouble because the guitar fingerboard is too small and narrow for your hands and that's why its hard for your fingers to note the strings properly without accidentally touching other strings where they don't belong.

Again -- why did you buy a 3/4 size guitar????I bought a guitar. It is 3/4 size it is hard for me to have clear sound when I play C chord(1,2finger,2,4 fret
Either your fingers aren't pressed down hard enough, or the neck on the guitar is shot.
try pushing down with your fingers harder.
I have that same problem too! My reason is because my left ring finger doesn't bend correcty...i broke it about two years ago...
