I wud recommend Sony. It has clear sound quality. It is 21 inch and obviously colour. Its a very reasonable price.

There is more tv brand can you consider..
Sound Quality 21 inch in several brand like Sony,Sharp,Toshiba,LG,Polytron has good enough up to type category.
But you must thinking about after sales,,
For sound quality my suggest is Sony cause of experience sound dream successfuly.
But the factory not in indonesia make me confuse tu buy it again and running to other brand like Sharp or LG and Polytron for excellent after sales
