I have short wave radios but the reception on some stations is poor. What's the radio that can get most of SW stations of the world? Thanks!-What's the short wave radio that have the best reception and the clearest sound?
The Short Wave radio market has really dried up. I have been DXing since the late 70s and I hate to tell you, It's just about gone.
I have a Drake S8 that cost 800 back in 1999 and I don't get too much these days. I really can't see investing too much cash in a dying indusrty.
Grundig is a great company, they come in every price range. Basically, the more you spend, the better they are.
Also check out the C.Crane Company website, they sell Sangene radios.
It really all comes down to what you want to spend. Grundig abd Sangene are both good companies. The YB400 has been a great value for years.

AOR or Icom with a few vertical antennas and a longwire of roughly 250 ft.+ near the coastline...
That is the ultimate.... problem is those or top of the line. I find sometimes a ham rig with DSP can receive but unless it has the right filter doesn't receive the audio like I wised it would.
But the biggest thing is that antenna.... I've had sangeans that I've hooked to good antennas and made them sing already.
however best to invest in serious (near pro) level equipment possibly.
You need something that covers all the bands and is built to last and is well designed (electronically). I would suggest looking at what Grundig and Sangean have to offer. I have been very impressed with Grundig and own two SW radios of theirs.
Don't forget that the antenna is a very important component too.

Why does My PS2 doesn't work? I mean it shows the picture clear and has sound but it doesn't read the disk

The motor in your ps2 is burnt out, my ps2 did the same thing, the best thing to do is get another system or another ps2 because the one you have now is dead.

How do you know if you're singing with the diaphragm? does the voice sound deeper? higher? more clear? help!
The voice will be richer and fuller. You won't have a strained throat and you will feel the tightness in your diaphragm and you will know the muscles are working properly. Basically, you can sing a long time without getting tired.

Do staccato singing exercises, being sure that you're not singing with undue tension in your throat, but are truly using your diaphragm to create that short, staccato sound. Place a fist against your diaphragm and push in a little.
Lie down on your back and put a heavy object on your diaphragm. A large, fat dictionary works well, as does a small toddler. Sing this way, and you should notice your diaphragm moving.
Sing while lifting a fairly heavy object. A piano bench with music books in it works well.

since my bass is tuned DGCF, not EADG, mine would be D5. It can be clear-sounding, just have to adjust your pickups/eq settings.

I know this might sound stupid, but can salsa clear skin?
Please don't yell at me, I know it is stupid, but I just wanted to know.
Yesterday, my face was really sensative. For the past few days I have had red blotches around my face, too. So yesterday, I used a homemade exfoliater. It had brown sugar, milk, and honey. It left my face looking clean, but I still had a few red blotches on my face and I felt hot sensations on certain spots.
Also, my mom bought some salsa and chips yesterday, which she never has before. I was feeling REALLY bored and REALLY brave, so I ate a couple of spoonfulls of salsa. It was hot and spicy, but I liked it.
In the morning my face had cleared up a little bit more.
Could my cleared face and salsa be linked? Or no?I know this might sound stupid, but can salsa clear skin?

Clearing the blurry background sound in home/youtube videos?
Like I notice how many videos that are taken by people who rarely use their camera always have the blurry background sound in their videos. While as in the better ones, you can only clearly hear the people in the videos and what they are saying.
Is this because they usually have better, higher quality camcorders or one of those really long professional movie microphones? Or is it because of audio settings and such?Clearing the blurry background sound in home/youtube videos?
